益母草煲鸡蛋
据说,这是民间调经验方。其治证属血瘀内阻,经脉不通所致。治宜活血通经,化瘀止痛。
汤中鸡蛋食疗价值较高,有补血益阴,除烦安神,健脾和胃的药用功效。
益母草又名茺蔚、坤草,其性辛开苦泄,善入肝经血分,专于活血化瘀,调经通经,被历代医家誉为“妇科经产之要药”,故有“益母”之称,凡妇女一切瘀滞证,不论经带胎产以及杂证,均可使用。药理研究发现,本品能兴奋子宫,加强子宫肌肉收缩力与紧张力等。
益母草与鸡蛋同煮,则去瘀而不伤正。红糖有补中缓急,和血行瘀之效,配益母草可加强去瘀止痛之功用。合而为汤,共成活血化瘀,通经止痛的功效。
但,虚寒崩漏者,不宜使用本汤。血瘀而兼血虚者,可酌加当归12克同用。

Steps to make 益母草煲鸡蛋

  • 1.用料:益母草30克,鸡蛋2个,红糖适量,水适量
  • 2.将益母草装入药袋中扎好,加水浸泡半小时。
  • 3.将药袋同浸泡水一起放入砂煲,加入鸡蛋。
  • 4.加入清水,没过鸡蛋。
  • 5.启动煲汤功能,煮沸后继续煮5分钟。
  • 6.取出鸡蛋,去壳,
  • 7.放回煲中,文火继续煮1小时。
  • 8.加入红糖,再煮10分钟。
  • 9.出锅,饮汤食蛋。
