【杭椒杂酱面】

  • 手擀面300克
  • 肉餡300克
  • 豆瓣酱150克
  • 蚝油2汤匙
  • 黄酒1汤匙

Steps to make 【杭椒杂酱面】

  • 1.豆瓣酱、蚝油混合在一起搅拌均匀备用
  • 2.锅里放少许油,油热时放入葱末姜末爆香
  • 3.倒入肉馅划炒至变色烹入黄酒,倒入调好的酱料
  • 4.转小火熬制,出锅前放入杭椒碎,即成杭椒杂酱
  • 5.另起锅加水,水烧开后加少许盐,将手擀面下入,煮熟后过边冷水,浇上做好的杂酱即可
