新年菜谱(二)&金玉满堂

简单快捷,颜值爆表,很有寓意的新年菜&家常菜~金玉满堂
食材:青豆玉米粒,胡萝卜,蒜瓣3瓣,松子仁一把,龙利鱼200克(或河虾仁)
制作:玉米粒和青豆冲洗一下,胡萝卜切小粒。龙利鱼洗净滤干用厨房纸吸干水分,切丁用料酒和胡椒粉淀粉和少许盐搅拌均匀,蒜瓣切末,锅内放油烧热放入蒜瓣炒香倒入龙利鱼翻炒加六月鲜轻盐牡蛎酱油搅拌均匀,倒入青豆玉米胡萝卜继续翻炒至熟,全程不需要加水。
