  • 1.榨菜肉丝面的材料。
  • 2.榨菜洗净切丝备用。
  • 3.切好的榨菜丝放到水中浸泡,去掉多余的盐分。
  • 4.把菠菜摘洗干净,放到开水中焯烫一下捞出过凉。
  • 5.香菇洗净放到开水中焯烫。
  • 6.鸡蛋摊成蛋饼,然后把蛋饼、菠菜、香菇切丝备用。
  • 7.大蒜拍碎剁成细末备用。
  • 8.锅中放油加热,放入肉丝翻炒一会儿。
  • 9.放入浸泡好的榨菜丝翻炒一会儿。
  • 10.烹入适量的生抽翻炒均匀。
  • 11.最后加入大蒜末翻炒均匀。
  • 12.把菠菜、香菇、鸡蛋摆到煮好的面上面,盛上炒好的榨菜肉丝,最后浇上红油即可。
