腊肠炒秋葵

Steps to make 腊肠炒秋葵

  • 1.新鲜秋葵洗净,把表面绒毛搓洗一下。
  • 2.去蒂斜切成片。
  • 3.麻辣香肠也斜切成片。
  • 4.锅里放适量油,放入姜蒜辣椒炒香。
  • 5.放入腊肠翻炒,烹入适量黄酒。
  • 6.加一勺开水,盖盖煮一会儿。
  • 7.待水分蒸发到基本没有了。
  • 8.放入秋葵。
  • 9.再加一点盐。
  • 10.翻炒1-2分钟,秋葵断生就可以出锅了。
