Steps to make 油焖茭白

  • 1.将茭白去皮去老根。
  • 2.把茭白切成滚刀块。
  • 3.香葱切小段。
  • 4.锅内放油烧热。(比平时炒菜的油要多些)
  • 5.将茭白下锅小火翻炒至表皮微微发黄。
  • 6.加入适量热水,烧开后调中火,盖上锅盖焖至茭白入味。
  • 7.大火收汤,加入适量鸡精和香油调味,出锅撒上葱花点缀。
