酱汁烤鹅腿
家里还有一鹅腿,本来是想煮汤。但家里人说想拿它下酒。于是我就提早了二天将它腌制好,再进行烤制。第一次烤这种食材,很多的担心,我想第一次能这要子也不错了,希望下一次烤漂亮一点,这次的腿边上的皮有点切到,整个面不是那么漂亮,但这一切也是浮云啦,因为味道战胜一切了。

Steps to make 酱汁烤鹅腿

  • 1.备好所用材料。
  • 2.将烤酱抹在鹅腿上面,再码上姜片,入冰箱冷藏入味二天。
  • 3.将入味好的鹅放在锡纸上面,再包好。
  • 4.入烤箱200度烤制30分钟。
  • 5.再拿出来刷一层酱汁,不用包起,烤至十分钟,注意上色情调。
  • 6.再拿出来刷一将酱汁,再烤制十分钟,按实际情况调整烤箱的度数。可再重复烤制一次即可。
  • 7.这样子一份香香微带脆皮的烤鹅腿就完成了。在食用的时候可切点黄瓜片来配一下哦。
