翅膀花式蒸饺

Steps to make 翅膀花式蒸饺

  • 1.先把面粉里加开水,用筷子搅拌一下,待手温的时候,再和面,
  • 2.揉成团后,放在盆里,盖上盖子醒发大约40分钟,
  • 3.取出面团,揉光滑之后,从是间掏个洞,把面如图揉成圆环,
  • 4.把圆环分开,开始用手从中间向两边揉,揉成粗细均匀的长条,
  • 5.用手掐成大小一致的面剂子,撒上干面粉,防粘,
  • 6.先把面剂子按成圆饼,再用擀面杖擀成圆盘,
  • 7.包入适量的饺子馅,
  • 8.对折,捏紧,
  • 9.再用大拇把与食指捏出花边,
  • 10.把饺子从中间对折,就是一对漂亮的翅膀,
  • 11.上锅蒸,大火,上汽后大约15分钟,出锅。
