所以,要吃到真正健康,对人体有益的酸奶,最好还是自己动手做酸奶。

酸奶的制作,其实就是一个发酵的过程。我们使用不同的酸奶菌种来进行发酵时,在制作方法,成品的有益活菌,口感和味道上,会产生少许差异。所以,我们只需要选择优质的牛奶和合适自己口味的发酵菌种,就可以在家轻松制作酸奶。

我通常吃酸奶时,都不爱另外加糖。如果你觉得酸的受不了,也可以加些蜂蜜或者果酱搅拌均匀。酸奶+鲜果+小饼干,一份完美的下午茶!

Steps to make 自制鲜果酸奶杯

  • 1.准备好材料。制作酸奶时用的容器和器具都要提前用沸水消毒,并且晾干水分;
  • 2.将酸奶菌种粉倒入容器中;
  • 3.先在容器中倒入少许牛奶,搅拌至菌种粉完全溶解,再加入剩下的牛奶,盖上容器的盖子;
  • 4.放入酸奶机中,接通电源,开始发酵,大约8小时左右;
  • 5.时间到后,取出容器,可以看到酸奶凝固的非常好,仿佛嫩豆腐;
  • 6. 各式水果取果肉,然后放入酸奶中,吃时混合均匀即可。还可根据自己口味加些蜂蜜。
