油糕
油糕是陕西比较常见的一种特色小吃,是使用油炸的一种糕点,呈椭圆形状,馅一般是红糖或者白糖,油糕吃起来表皮酥脆,质地软嫩,味道香甜可口。

  • 白糖60克
  • 桂花酱2汤匙

Steps to make 油糕

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.煮锅中加入清水,将水烧开100度。
  • 3.转小火将面粉加入快速搅拌均匀,关火盖上锅盖5分钟。
  • 4.取出烫熟的面揪成小块晾凉。
  • 5.在凉凉的烫面中加入植物油、干面粉反复揉匀。
  • 6.盖上保鲜膜醒至2小时。
  • 7.用烤箱将核桃仁、芝麻分被烤熟,将核桃仁用刀切碎备用。
  • 8.大碗中加入切好的核桃仁、芝麻、白糖、熟面粉、桂花酱搅匀。
  • 9.醒好的面团分成小剂子。
  • 10.取一个小剂子按扁。
  • 11.包上拌好的糖馅。
  • 12.将包好的生坯按成圆饼。
  • 13.炒锅中加油,烧至四成热。
  • 14.将圆饼放入,炸至两面呈金黄色时捞起即成。
