    • 1.苦瓜,要这种饱满的,时令的最好
    • 2.油豆腐,要这种空心的,外表焦黄的
    • 3.斜刀切苦瓜,挖空
    • 4.糯米泡半小时
    • 5.配菜都切丁
    • 6.加盐和在一起。只要盐就可以了,原汁原味的特别好吃
    • 7.和好的配菜塞进豆腐肚子里,和苦瓜肚子里,大火蒸20分钟
    • 8.可以当菜吃,也可以当早餐吃。如果想吃重口味的可以跟骨头,生抽一起焖。也很香
