    Steps to make 咖喱三文鱼头

    • 1.三文鱼头洗干净切开用少许盐胡椒粉姜片腌至少半小时以上。
    • 2.红萝卜、土豆、洋葱等需去皮切块待用。
    • 3.鱼头只需用干面粉沾了就直接下锅里炸,一般情况下是先用干面粉沾过之后再沾蛋液,然后面糊才炸,我这是偷懒少工序。
    • 4.炸过鱼头的油如果还可以用的话就不要浪费掉,只把油底倒掉留下干净部分继续烧热油锅,爆炒洋葱以及腌过鱼头的姜片还有几个小辣椒。
    • 5.把洋葱等炒出香味就可以把刚才炸好的鱼头重新倒入锅里一起翻炒,接着加入一大碗水以及咖喱膏一起煮沸。
    • 6.最后才加入椰子桨继续煮沸片刻就可以熄火,由于咖喱膏含有调味品所以只加少许盐与胡椒粉就足够了。
