粘米粉之--碗粿
小时候外公每年都会做咸水粿,当时可能因为东西比较少,觉得特别好吃,现在东西多了,很久没做了,倒是念念不忘。看过外公做,觉得自己应该也会做,但是米浆没地方弄,那天在超市看到粘米粉,兴奋了一下,买了几包回来,虽然跟米浆有区别,凑合着也可以做出好多传统小吃的。

    Steps to make 粘米粉之--碗粿

    • 1.粘米粉。
    • 2.粘米粉加适量温水调匀,静置一会儿,如果分层水太多,就说明调稀了。量我没有称,自己估摸着吧,网上有比例说是粉和水比例为1:2,大家试看看吧。静置浆的时候就可以准备料了。
    • 3.这个是干葱头,也叫紫葱头,没有的话用葱应该也可以,就是味道不够地道。
    • 4.葱头切片。
    • 5.萝卜干剁碎。买的萝卜干要洗一下,很脏的。如果太咸也要泡一下水。
    • 6.锅里下油,加葱末炒香,加肉丁、萝卜干炒至出香味,葱焦黄即可。也可以加自己喜欢的任何调料,虾米、香菇丁等。
    • 7.水开了再把米浆倒入刷了油的碗内。
    • 8.下锅蒸熟。我用的是蛋挞模,哈哈!蒸出来的碗粿很迷你哦。
    • 9.加炒制好的料就可以开吃啦!
