凉拌龙须菜

这道黄瓜拌龙须菜就挺好,凉嗖嗖,脆生生,吃着爽口又开胃。

龙须菜,是海洋中的一种藻类,因为形状似飘逸的龙须,故称为龙须菜;又因为形似鹿角,所以又有称鹿角菜。其富含蛋白质和胶质,口感脆嫩,泡好后直接凉拌即可。因为其富含粗纤维,所以清肠效果极佳。

Steps to make 凉拌龙须菜

  • 1.龙须菜放入盆中。
  • 2.用凉水淘洗两遍,再用凉水浸泡至舒展状态。

  • 4.择洗好的龙须菜、黄瓜、大蒜准备好。
  • 5.黄瓜切细丝,大蒜拍扁剁碎,同入碗中,加适量盐、生抽、醋同拌。
  • 6.再将龙须菜入碗中,淋少许香油或者辣椒油,冷藏腌制一会儿再食用,口感更加爽脆。
