Steps to make 红糖八宝饭

  • 1.糯米洗净,加清水同陈皮一起浸泡一夜。
  • 2.浸泡好的糯米,留少量水,同陈皮一起放入电炖锅。
  • 3.用低温蒸熟。
  • 4.蒸熟后的糯米饭,去掉陈皮。
  • 5.红糖用少量水化开。
  • 6.倒入糯米饭,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.将拌好红糖的糯米饭取一半,铺在碗底。
  • 8.再铺一层红豆沙。
  • 9.再将另一半红糖糯米饭铺在上面。
  • 10.将干果摆在表面,再次蒸热即可食用。
