  • 香葱少许
  • 胡萝卜一根
  • 普通辣椒面2汤勺
  • 白糖20g
  • 白醋30g
  • 二荆条辣椒面1汤勺

Steps to make 辣白菜

  • 1.白菜剖开。
  • 2.冲水洗净。
  • 3.沥干水分。
  • 4.带上手套,一层层撒上些许盐,摸均匀,腌制一晚。
  • 5.经过一晚的腌制,白菜有点蔫了。
  • 6.胡萝卜切丝,香葱切段,苹果梨子去皮改刀切块,姜蒜备好。
  • 7.姜蒜放入料理机。
  • 8.加入苹果梨子,一块儿用料理机打碎。
  • 9.腌过一晚的白菜再次用流动的水快速冲洗掉多余的盐,再次沥干水分,轻轻用手攥一下即可,不可太大力了。
  • 10.水果姜蒜泥,打成这个程度就可以了。
  • 11.水果姜蒜泥加入香葱胡萝卜,加入白醋。
  • 12.加入白糖,搅拌均匀。
  • 13.加入普通辣椒面。
  • 14.加入二荆条辣椒面(二荆条是比较辣的,你可以根据自己口味来加)
  • 15.再次搅拌均匀。
  • 16.白菜沥干水分后,用大盆装。
  • 17.把备好的调料糊糊,一片片摸到白菜上。
  • 18.全部摸均匀,尝尝咸淡酸度,来酌情再次添加白醋或者盐或者糖。
  • 19.白菜卷好,整齐放入腌制盆。
  • 20.盖上盖子,放冰箱冷藏密封腌制半个月。
  • 21.半个月后,辣白菜简直喷喷香。
  • 22.酸辣可口,直接吃,或者做辣白菜汤,配年糕都好吃。
