疫情宅家太无聊,今天又开始霍霍面粉了,做一款简单的家常馒头,新手也能一次成功,蒸出来又白又香,弹性十足,口感筋道好吃,淡淡清甜的面香味,越嚼越好吃。

  • 1.我们先把普通面粉300克、白砂糖15克、盐1克、酵母3克,温水160克,放一起。
  • 2.先用筷子拌成絮状。
  • 3.然后用手揉成团,盖上盖子松弛5分钟,这样会更好揉。
  • 4.取出松弛好的面团,揉至面团表面光滑。
  • 5.盖上盖子或者保鲜膜,室温发酵至2倍大。
  • 6.取出发酵好的面团,搓揉排一下气。
  • 7.把面团擀成大面片。
  • 8.然后卷成长条状。
  • 9.切成适量的小块,两头多余的面团可以揉搓成圆形。
  • 10.锅里准备好冷水和浸湿的纱布,放入切好的馒头,盖上盖子松弛30分钟。
  • 11.松弛好以后开蒸,水开后蒸10分钟,然后关火再闷5分钟即可。
  • 12.蒸好的馒头,取出来放凉,装袋密封保存即可。
  • 13.家常馒头,完成O(∩_∩)O
