元宵节汤圆这样做,不黏不糊,一口咬下去鲜香味美更好吃
元宵节是中国传统节日之一,汤圆与“团圆”字音相近,取团圆之意,象征全家人团团圆圆,和睦幸福。

  • 1.把猪肉馅加入料酒和胡椒粉,生姜和香葱2根切末一起放入猪肉馅中搅拌均匀待用。
  • 2.荠菜摘除黄叶剪去老根,用清水浸泡半小时洗净,锅中烧开水加入少许盐把荠菜放入焯一下水捞起,放入清水冲洗一下,拧干水分,切成碎末;放入腌制好的猪肉馅中,加鸡精,芝麻香油,植物油少许搅拌均匀待用。
  • 3.准备一个小盆,放入糯米粉200克,80℃左右的热水180克左右,用筷子快速搅拌开,带上一次性手套,把糯米粉揉成光滑的团;再把面团搓成长条,分成10个,依次取1个捏成碗状形,嵌入猪肉荠菜馅,慢慢收口;收口处捏成一个小尾巴,裹上少许糯米粉放入盘中。
  • 4.大家一定很奇怪,为什么我的汤圆都留个小尾巴吧,其实我也不是很清楚,只知道在我们江浙沪一带元宵节汤圆都这样,甜味的是圆的,咸味的就留个小尾巴,估计就是为了咸甜之分吧,还挺可爱的吧。
  • 5.水开后放入做好的荠菜汤圆,用勺子顺时针方向轻轻搅拌预防粘锅底,煮开后加点凉水继续煮开,转中小火煮至汤圆全部浮起,即可起锅。
  • 6.可以上桌开吃啦。
  • 7.一口咬下去带着荠菜的清香和肉的鲜美结合一起,真是太好吃啦。
