  • 1.圣女果清洗去蒂,顶部切十字花刀。
  • 2.放入热水中浸泡2分钟。
  • 3.泡好的圣女果再放入冰水中冰镇至凉透。
  • 4.剥去表皮待用。
  • 5.把百香果原浆倒入剥好皮的圣女果中,搅拌均匀。(喜欢甜口的,可以根据口味适当加糖)
  • 6.放入冰箱冷藏24小时即可。
  • 7.装盘时放上一颗腌渍梅子,酸酸甜甜口味更加。
  • 8.完成。
