  • 泡打粉3g
  • 蜂蜜20g

Steps to make 柚子玛德琳

  • 1.成品图
  • 2.材料:低筋面粉70克 牛奶80克 蛋液100克 糖70克 黄油100克 花生粉30克 泡打粉3克 蜂蜜20克 柚子皮适量辅料:黑巧克力适量烘焙工具:学厨玛德琳深浅贝壳模具各一个(该方子分量刚好2盘)
  • 3.柚子皮用盐搓洗干净然后用擦丝器取适量的柚子皮碎
  • 4.黄油融化加糖搅拌融化
  • 5.加入其它的液体类搅拌均匀
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉拌匀
  • 7.然后加入柚子皮屑再次搅拌均匀
  • 8.装入裱花袋放入冰箱冷藏一小时左右
  • 9.然后挤入模具中八分满
  • 10.放入预热好的烤箱上火200度,下火195度18分钟左右、烤好趁热脱模放凉
  • 11.黑巧克力隔热水融化,然后将玛德琳表面淋上、最后装饰撒糖粉和柚子皮碎即可
