老爸给宝宝买了袋奥利奥饼干回来,但这玩意实在太甜,无法入口,正好家里还有些奶酪,于是就被我折腾出这款比较奇怪的奥利奥乳酪杯,刚做好时味道偏咸,不好吃,可是将它放冰箱冷藏一夜后,味道变得超棒,饼干也没有之前那么甜腻,喜欢轻乳酪的朋友赶紧来试试吧,味道不错嗒···

  • 蛋黄27g
  • 鲜牛奶22g
  • 奥利奥饼干6片
  • 细砂糖15g
  • 蛋清50g
  • 柠檬汁少许

Steps to make 奥利奥乳酪杯子蛋糕

  • 1.将奥利奥饼干扭一扭分开,马芬模内放好纸杯,并将一片饼干放入纸杯做底
  • 2.蛋黄加15g砂糖搅打均匀
  • 3.奶酪用微波炉加热至软化
  • 4.分次加入蛋黄,直到全部蛋黄彻底与奶酪拌匀
  • 5.牛奶提前用微波炉加热至室温,分3次倒入,直到彻底搅拌均匀
  • 6.蛋清装入料理盆中,加入少许柠檬汁、砂糖,用电动打蛋器打到湿性发泡
  • 7.将1/3蛋清挖入奶酪糊中,用刮刀切拌均匀
  • 8.再将全部的奶酪糊倒入剩余蛋清盆中,快速切拌均匀
  • 9.倒入纸杯中,8-9分满,用力震出气泡
  • 10.最后将另一片饼干放在奶酪糊上
  • 11.烤箱预热好,底层放烤盘,倒入温水,中层放烤网,马芬模放在烤网上,170度,上下火,25分钟即可。
