    • 1.银耳提前泡发,冲洗掉灰尘等小杂质;莲子泡发、去芯,洗净。
    • 2.将泡发的银耳去蒂,用手撕碎;紫薯洗净去皮切小丁。
    • 3.银耳放入锅中加适量水,中火煮开,转小火慢煲。
    • 4.半个小时后,银耳变软,汤汁渐稠.。
    • 5.加入紫薯、莲子,中火煮开。
    • 6.转小火继续煮约30分钟,汤汁浓稠,紫薯软糯时加入冰糖即可关火。
