    Steps to make 茶树菇烧肉

    • 1.猪肉清水里漂洗下。
    • 2.切成小块。
    • 3.茶树菇干泡清水里充分浸泡后,洗净切段。
    • 4.锅内放适量内,加颗冰糖进去,转中火。
    • 5.等冰糖慢慢溶化,成糖色时,转小火。
    • 6.将切好的猪肉块倒入,不断翻炒。
    • 7.加入生抽、老抽、黄酒,一起翻炒约5分钟。
    • 8.一次性加足水,约没过猪肉5厘米左右,放入八角跟香叶。
