    Steps to make 牛肉芦笋

    • 1.先煮牛肉,牛腱子洗净,用清水泡几个小时,期间多次换水泡掉血水。接着把牛肉冷水下锅,一次性加足水,大火烧开后打掉锅中的小量浮沫,转成小火炖90分钟,把牛肉煮熟,晚上把牛肉煮好焖在锅里,早上起来捞出来就可以用,还有鲜鲜的牛肉汤可以喝,非常美呢。
    • 2.煮好的牛肉切成薄片,如果是平常,切好后直接拌了就可以吃,但咱们给考生准备食物,每一个细节都要想到,切好后再下锅煮一煮更安全。
    • 3.小锅加水烧开,下入切成片的牛肉氽汤一分钟,之后捞出来趁热加调料,也非常好吃。
    • 4.烧水的时候我们准备芦笋,用削皮刀把根部的皮削掉,芦笋一切二段备用。
    • 5.平底锅倒一点儿油,直接下入芦笋,用中火把芦笋煎熟,用一点儿海盐调味。
    • 6.煎好的芦笋和煮好的牛肉一起装盘,在牛肉上面淋一些生抽和芝麻油入底味。
    • 7.另外备一个蘸碟,用醋、辣椒油,煮牛肉的汤,生抽和一点点儿糖兑成汁,芦笋和牛肉可以直接吃,也可以搭配蘸汁一起吃,根据自己的口味决定,都非常美味。
