    • 1.备材料,番茄酱一定要用亨氏才够味
    • 2.热锅,爆香姜片、葱段与蒜头
    • 3.下鸡中翅爆一会
    • 4.把亨氏番茄酱与其他调味料与配料一同放进锅内
    • 5.小火煮15分钟左右
    • 6.煮至汁收干,鸡熟透即可关上上碟
