    Steps to make 卡士达超软吐司

    • 1.先做卡达酱,材料A里面的所有东西都放入锅里
    • 2.先用打蛋器搅匀
    • 3.开小火,一边煮一边不停的搅动
    • 4.搅成糊状,放凉,进冰箱冷藏一个小时
    • 5.把材料B里的除了黄油的所有材料,和冷藏好的卡士达酱一起放入厨师机里,先低速搅拌均匀
    • 6.用中速打成团,加入黄油
    • 7.继续搅拌成延展状态,就是稍微能拉出膜就 可以了
    • 8.发酵到两倍大,排气,分成3等分,松弛15分钟
    • 9.取一份再排气,擀成椭圆形
    • 10.从上往下卷
    • 11.放入土司盒里
    • 12.2次发酵到9分满,烤箱预热190度,30分钟,到20分钟的时候,吐过表面上色已经很深,就用锡纸盖在上面。
