羊肉手抓饭
我最喜爱的西北风味的羊肉手抓饭,用正宗的西北宁夏盐池羊肉,放上几样简单的食材,用不了一小时,一碗浓香四溢,米粒晶莹剔透入口喷喷香的西域风味的手抓饭就可以大口享用了!

  • 姜丝少许
  • 黑胡椒粉少许
  • 干红辣椒2只
  • 鲜味酱油少许
  • 孜然粒少许

Steps to make 羊肉手抓饭

  • 1.主料:羊肉170克 大米260克 胡萝卜100克 洋葱40克 盐5克 姜丝少许
  • 2.羊肉洗净切成丁,胡萝卜刮皮也切成丁,洋葱去掉外皮也切成丁
  • 3.选用正宗东北五常香米淘洗干净浸泡10分钟
  • 4.热锅放入适量的植物油
  • 5.先放入羊肉煸炒
  • 6.至变色
  • 7.再将洋葱姜丝放入煸炒出香味
  • 8.再放入胡萝卜及干辣椒和胡椒粉翻炒
  • 9.放入少许的盐
  • 10.在放上少许的鲜味酱油提鲜增色
  • 11.最后再放上一量杯的水
  • 12.煮开锅即可关火。
  • 13.将米放入铁锅内胆
  • 14.再将炒好的料放入拌合一下
  • 15.水量不足就再加上适量的水
  • 16.和平时煮饭的水量一样
  • 17.将内胆外部及底座的水珠擦掉,放入煲内盖上盖,接通电源,准备就绪轻按开始键。
  • 18.时间到开始保温了,马上吃还是焖一会都可以滴。
  • 19.抄底翻拌一下,每一粒米都晶莹剔透
