芝香醇厚--黄金泡菜の卷心菜
黄金泡菜的酱料可以用来制作多种蔬菜,
适合于生吃的蔬菜都可以,
上次做的白萝卜,
这次做的卷心菜,
我们这叫大头菜(一个地方一个叫法),
是很便宜的一种百姓菜,
用来做这种泡菜非常合适,
非常好入味,
黄金酱料可根据自己手边的材料,
进行调整,调整至自己喜欢的口味,

  • 卷心菜一颗600克
  • 胡萝卜半根
  • 芝麻酱一饭勺
  • 生姜一小块
  • 大蒜瓣6个
  • 韩式辣椒酱三饭勺
  • 白糖30克
  • 葱叶一段

Steps to make 芝香醇厚--黄金泡菜の卷心菜

  • 1.卷心菜去掉最外面的一层,洗净,控水分;
  • 2.卷心菜用手撕成块状,大一点也没有关系;
  • 3.放入盐,为了看的方便,用1/2勺放3勺,撒匀即可;
  • 4.腌制二个小时左右,卷心菜已塌塌的,控掉水分,无需用手使劲攥;
  • 5.准备酱料的材料,手头没有梨,也就不放,放上也没有品尝到;
  • 6.胡萝卜、蒜、姜、葱切碎,放点大葱叶子,才是山东人的本色;
  • 7.所有材料放入搅拌杯中,放入白糖二大勺30克;
  • 8.放入韩式辣椒酱三饭勺;
  • 9.放入一饭勺的芝麻酱;
  • 10.用手持搅拌棒打成细细的泥;
  • 11.腌制好的卷心菜放在保鲜袋里,比较省事,沙刷好几个盆子;
  • 12.把打好的酱料倒进去;
  • 13.隔着保鲜袋搓揉几下,让酱料与卷心菜混合均匀;
  • 14.扎紧袋口,放入冰箱冷藏保存,一夜之后就可以吃;现在的季节放在室温的环境下也可以,只要打开袋子开始吃,余下的务必放冰箱冷藏;
