Steps to make 酸菜酱鱼丁面

  • 1.准备好鲜鱼块、生姜、蒜瓣、洋葱、欣和黄豆酱、豆瓣酱
  • 2.鱼块剔除鱼鳍和鱼刺,切小粒。
  • 3.酸包菜、洋葱、姜、蒜分别洗净切小粒。
  • 4.锅中油热,爆香姜蒜粒。
  • 5.姜蒜粒拨一边,下鱼粒稍稍煎一会,至鱼肉发白。
  • 6.鱼肉拨一边,倒入洋葱,炒出香味。
  • 7.倒入酸包菜粒,炒匀。
  • 8.加入欣和黄豆酱。
  • 9.加入豆瓣酱。
  • 10.倒入生抽;加少许冷水,煮开。
  • 11.加入黑胡椒粉,调好味盛起。
  • 12.锅中水开,下入挂面和白菜,煮至断生。
  • 13.煮好的面条盛入碗中,淋上酸菜酱鱼丁,吃时拌匀。
