生炒三鲜乌冬

Steps to make 生炒三鲜乌冬

  • 1.用冰水抓100g乌冬,将乌冬分开,避免粘在一起,所有食材按分量准备好。
  • 2.锅中加油,中火烧热。
  • 3.倒入牛肉片,炒香(一定要油温升高才可以倒入,以免肉汁外流,肉质变干)。
  • 4.加入洋葱丝,红萝卜丝。
  • 5.拌抄均匀后放入糖。
  • 6.加入番茄酱拌匀。
  • 7.放入抓散的乌东。
  • 8.用筷子搅拌划圈圈和调味料拌匀(不要用铲子抄,用筷子不但可以将乌冬和调料调匀而且不会将乌冬抄断)。
  • 9.转小火,加入水。(要放墨鱼或者鱿鱼前一定不能高温,否则肉质一定变老)
  • 10.放入墨鱼片。
  • 11.加入虾拌抄(将虾头上的尖刺剪掉,不要去虾头,虾头释会释放虾的鲜香)。
  • 12.炒到虾皮变红。
  • 13.放入小白菜。
  • 14.倒入生抽,老抽。
  • 15.用筷子翻炒拌匀所有食材。
  • 16.汤汁收干,乌冬就抄好了。
