凉拌鱼香茄子

鱼香汁的比例是:料酒10克 米醋15克 糖20克 盐2克 酱油20克 湿淀粉10克,你可以随材料的多少增减,随自己的口味而增减。
这碗鱼香汁无论和什么菜搭配,做出的菜,辣味是相对重的,由于辣是被酸甜所中和,入口并不辣而回味辣,且香气诱人,辣得很适口,都是一道绝美的无人不爱的下饭菜

Steps to make 凉拌鱼香茄子

  • 1.茄子改刀后放入蒸锅蒸8分钟
  • 2.蒸好的茄子自然晾凉,把在冷却的过程中吐出的水沥干
  • 3.泡辣椒,葱,姜,蒜剁碎,葱蒜姜的比例应该是在3:2:2
  • 4.将泡辣椒,葱,姜,蒜碎一起装碗中
  • 5.油烧滚热后浇在碗中
  • 6.趁热加入白糖
  • 7.再加入醋,生抽,适当盐
  • 8.再加入葱花以后拌匀,将鱼香汁浇在茄子上即可
