27的实验室——低卡黑芝麻海苔小饼干
最近大家都吵着要减肥,不要吃甜食,但是又嘴馋,又想要吃,于是,27试着做了今天这个小饼干,也不清楚热量到底是多高,总觉得应该比普通饼干应该要低一点热量吧~嘻嘻~~总之~大家开心就好~~~~~~

  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 海苔片2g
  • 黑芝麻20g
  • 细砂糖5g
  • 泡打粉1/4小勺
  • 熟菜籽油2大勺
  • 蛋液25g

Steps to make 27的实验室——低卡黑芝麻海苔小饼干

  • 1.将菜籽油、白砂糖、蛋液放入盆里,电动打蛋器打蓬松。
  • 2.将泡打粉和面粉混合均匀,加入蛋液中,用搓米的方式混合好。
  • 3.加入捏碎的海苔片和黑芝麻,继续搅拌均匀,揉成面团。
  • 4.弄成自己喜欢的形状吧(27比较懒,一般就是弄成小圆饼了~嘻嘻)。
  • 5.放入预热好的烤箱,150°,上下火15分钟(根据自己的烤箱而调整温度和时间哟!)
  • 6.拷出来的海苔小饼干酥酥脆脆,海苔本身就有咸度,所以可以根据个人的口味适量的加入少许盐,但是27没加也觉得合适了~
