春节一到,很快就是闹元宵吃汤圆,应景汤圆做起来。

  • 蒸熟紫薯80克
  • 温水100克左右
  • 糯米粉250克
  • 红豆沙350克

Steps to make 红豆沙汤圆

  • 1.准备好两份250克的糯米粉。
  • 2.其中一份加入约80克左右的熟紫薯,一起和糯米粉用手揉捏碎。
  • 3.加入适量的温水和成光滑面团。(面团加水揉至比饺子皮软一点点就可以)
  • 4.将另一份米粉面,加入适量的蒸熟南瓜,用南瓜代替水,揉成米面团。
  • 5.揉好的两色面团。
  • 6.准备好豆沙。我用自制的红枣泥做馅料。
  • 7.取一小块面团用手压开,包入适量馅料。
  • 8.捏紧收口搓圆。南瓜面团也同样做法。
  • 9.搓好的两色圆子。
  • 10.上锅入水烧开,加入汤圆盖紧,煮至汤圆浮起变大完成。
  • 11.成品。喜欢吃甜一点的,可加入蜂蜜或酒酿一起食用。
