Steps to make 红枣枸杞麦片粥

  • 1.烧一锅水,别太多,自己吃多少放多少水
  • 2.材料合集
  • 3.把蛋打好。将枸杞.红枣洗净
  • 4.等水烧开,加入枸杞.红枣.适量白糖。
  • 5.盖上盖,转小火。煮7分钟。7分钟可以把枸杞红枣味道煮出来,但又不失掉枸杞和红枣的甜味。煮不宜超过10分钟,不然红枣枸杞会很淡没甜味
  • 6.揭开锅盖,将燕麦一点点放下去,用勺子不停的搅拌。不要让燕麦聚成一团。喜欢稠的多加燕麦。喜欢喝汤的加少点燕麦,多点红枣枸杞。
  • 7.待燕麦融合,中小火煮一分钟。
  • 8.将打好的蛋,一点点慢慢倒入锅中,用勺不停的向一个方向搅拌。形成漂亮的蛋花。
  • 9.融入蛋浆后,用火煮到边缘有点冒小泡即可关火
  • 10.将燕麦放好,拿出少许黑芝麻撒入。用勺子搅拌,即可
