Steps to make 淡奶油小蛋糕

  • 1.蛋白蛋黄分离,蛋黄内加入淡奶油和25克细砂糖搅拌均匀。
  • 2.筛入低粉。
  • 3.搅拌均匀。
  • 4.蛋白分离到无水无油容器内,分三次加入50克细砂糖。
  • 5.用打蛋器打至呈小弯勾的九分发状态。
  • 6.分两三次将蛋白与蛋黄糊以切拌的方式拌匀。
  • 7.盛入模具中。
  • 8.表面撒上杏仁片。
  • 9.烤箱预热,在其它烤盘内倒入热水,将盛蛋糕的烤模放入,水浴法,150度中层,45-50分钟即可。
