  • 1.可可粉和玉米油搅拌。
  • 2.加入牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入低粉搅拌。

  • 5.划一字把蛋糊搅至顺滑。
  • 6.取1/3蛋白到蛋黄糊里搅拌。
  • 7.全部倒入蛋白盆里翻拌。
  • 8.从高处倒入烤盘,震出大气泡。
  • 9.烤箱提前预热150度中层20分钟左右。
  • 10.淡奶油打发硬点。
  • 11.抹上淡奶油。
  • 12.卷好放冰箱冷藏定型。
  • 13.切块。
  • 14.开吃。
