Steps to make 绿豆肉粽

  • 1.准备好食材:糯米,绿豆提前泡四小时以上。五花肉放酱油,糖,五香粉,盐浓香高度白酒抓匀腌制一晚上,粽叶煮十分钟后清洗干净沥水。
  • 2.先把糯米和绿豆放一起加盐拌均匀,然后加几滴油拌均匀(不需多哦)。
  • 3.取粽叶折成漏斗。
  • 4.放适量的糯米绿豆。
  • 5.放入五花肉。
  • 6.再放一层糯米绿豆。
  • 7.外围加一粽叶左右折叠,再用棉绳绕几圈就可以了(大家以自己喜欢的方式包成粽子即可)。
  • 8.包好的粽子(绑的时候稍微用点力扎紧点陪煮的时候散掉,而且绑得紧的粽子煮好口感才好吃的哦。
  • 9.依次都包好的粽子放入电饭煲。
  • 10.加淹过粽子的水量,先按快煮键煮开,然后再按煲汤键默认两小时完成,煮好不要马上打开取出来,让粽子浸泡一两个小时后取出沥水即可。
  • 11.煮好的粽子。
  • 12.捞出来沥水。
