炸天妇罗
姐姐家在北戴河,过年给发了一箱子去头虾,个头好大,无头的虾,长度快赶上我的手掌了,有个姐姐真好!这个虾是冷冻的,用它来做天妇罗还是比较合适的,只是料汁没有用萝卜泥和酱油之类的,而是用了孩子们喜欢的番茄酱来做沾汁。家庭美食就是这样,家人喜欢的味道才是最好的。

Steps to make 炸天妇罗

  • 1.虾解冻洗净
  • 2.个头很大,就是虾尾都快和我手掌一样长了
  • 3.剥掉虾壳,留虾尾最后一节不剥掉,切背去虾线
  • 4.用刀拍一拍,可以防止炸的时候卷曲
  • 5.用盐和胡椒粉调味
  • 6.先拍干淀粉,再托蛋液,最后沾面包糠,也就是过三关。
  • 7.拍面包糠的时候要注意拍均匀,但也不要太厚
  • 8.油温4成热即可入锅炸,中火炸至金黄即可
  • 9.炸好的虾
  • 10.吃的时候可以配上番茄酱,沾着吃很美味。
