【缤纷蔬果沙拉杯】夏日减肥餐
沙拉一詞在英語中最早出現在十四世紀,当时写作“salad”或“sallet”。英语“salad”是从法语“salade”变化而來。
现在常见的沙拉是用各种凉透了的熟料或是可以直接食用的生料加工成较小的形状后,再加入调味品或浇上各种冷少司或冷调味汁拌制而成的。沙拉的原料选择范围很广,各种蔬菜、水果、海鲜、禽蛋、肉类等均可用于沙拉的制作。
好久没吃沙拉,这周刚好有各种蔬菜水果,就拌了碗沙拉当减肥餐。各种花样的水果蔬菜丁装在小杯子里,看着心情也好~既然是减肥,连沙拉酱也省去了,调味用的是最简单的橄榄油和现磨的黑胡椒。很喜欢橄榄油醇醇的口感,和蔬菜拌在一起有股温润的香味,又不会盖过蔬菜水果的甜。黑胡椒一点点就够了,很提香,偶尔吃到一粒胡椒碎,口感也好。
    以前暑假在家里天气太热的时候我和妈妈也是一人一杯玉米汁蔬菜汁搞定一顿的,天气热的时候来一碗清淡的蔬果沙拉也是不错的选择哈。

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.鸡蛋放奶锅里,加水没过鸡蛋,大火煮沸后中火7分钟。煮出来的蛋刚刚好,不老又不会过稀。
  • 3.胡萝卜去皮切小丁。
  • 4.黄瓜也切丁。
  • 5.黄瓜丁放淡盐水中浸泡片刻。
  • 6.胡萝卜和玉米粒入沸水中焯30秒捞出。
  • 7.鸡蛋剥壳,切小块。
  • 8.胡萝卜和玉米粒,鸡蛋装在小碗里,先入冰箱冷藏降温。
  • 9.此时把苹果切小块。
  • 10.把步骤8从冰箱拿出来,加入苹果和黄瓜拌匀。
  • 11.加入一勺橄榄油。
  • 12.磨入黑胡椒碎即可。
