  • 1.材料图
  • 2.大鸡腿洗尽血水去除骨头,建议用厨房剪刀,免得伤手哦。
  • 3.鸡皮这面用牙签活着叉子密密麻麻扎洞,可以防止鸡皮缩走。
  • 4.腌制鸡肉,用盐,料酒,五香粉少量,抓匀搁置10分钟。
  • 5.西兰花,胡萝卜分别切块和切片。
  • 6.调制照烧汁,两勺料酒,两勺生抽,一勺蜂蜜。搅拌均匀。
  • 7.油锅烧热倒入少量食用油,鸡皮朝下煎,一定是鸡皮朝下哦。
  • 8.鸡皮微黄后翻面煎,哈哈,被你们发现了,我做了三个鸡腿,家里人多。
  • 9.翻两个来回就可以倒入调好的汁了,记得转小火,切忌切忌,觉得汤汁少的可以加一点点水烧煮,手不要闲着,要不停翻面,一来颜色均匀,二来不会糊锅,不许偷懒。
  • 10.起煮锅水烧开加盐和几滴食用油,放入西兰花和胡萝卜煮。煮熟捞出。
  • 11.汤汁粘稠后就可出锅了,用筷子顶着把鸡腿切块装盘,盛入米饭放西兰花胡萝卜倒入锅底的汤汁就开吃吧。
