铜锣烧
铜锣烧,又叫黄金饼,因为是由两块象铜锣一样的饼合起来的,故而得名铜锣烧。是一种烤制面皮、内置红豆沙夹心的甜点,也是日本传统的糕点。

  • 牛奶一袋
  • 鸡蛋两个
  • 泡打粉一勺
  • 黄油10克

Steps to make 铜锣烧

  • 1.准备好原材料。
  • 2.把鸡蛋打散,加入白砂糖搅拌,使白糖充分融化,然后把牛奶倒进去,加融化的黄油,再加一勺泡打粉,材料搅拌均匀充分混合。
  • 3.把面粉和淀粉筛入牛奶混合物里,(面粉和淀粉的比例是1:4)搅拌成糊状,放进冰箱里静止20分钟。
  • 4.煎锅放火上烧热,不要放油,舀一勺面糊倒在上面,成圆饼烙至。
  • 5.煎至底面金黄再反过来稍微煎一下另一面就可以了。
  • 6.取一块铜锣烧底面朝下,上面抹上豆沙馅。
  • 7.再取另一块铜锣烧底面朝上,盖在豆沙馅上面即可。
