手抓饼
手抓饼很好吃,但我从来不买 ,因为超市卖的手抓饼,里面都有起酥油,起酥油里反式脂肪酸含量非常高,吃了不健康。手抓饼用的油也比较多,自己做用健康的油,绝对不含反式脂肪酸,吃起来更健康。

  • 五香粉2g

Steps to make 手抓饼

  • 1.水里放盐搅拌均匀,放入面粉。
  • 2.和成光滑的面团。
  • 3.分成6个剂子,保鲜膜覆盖饧15分钟。
  • 4.擀成片,表面涂抹油,摆放在盘中,保鲜袋密封严实,饧2小时左右。
  • 5.锅里放胡麻油,油温150度左右放入面粉。
  • 6.搅拌均匀离火,加盐和五香粉拌均匀成为油酥。
  • 7.饧好的面团擀成很薄的片 淋上油酥。面皮很薄,都可以看到案板了。
  • 8.把油酥涂抹均匀。
  • 9.也可以放香葱,不放也可以。
  • 10.从一边卷起来,卷成长条。
  • 11.再从一头卷成圆的,收口朝下。
  • 12.全部卷好,做了一半带香葱的,一半不带。
  • 13.擀成厚度约2毫米的饼。
  • 14.平底锅里放少许胡麻油,放入饼坯,烙到起小泡时翻面。
  • 15.两面都烙到金黄即可出锅。
  • 16.撕开看看,饼也薄,层更薄,用胡麻油烙的,颜色金黄,好吃又食欲。
