  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.先把糖浆碱水混合拌匀,然后筛入面粉
  • 3.拌匀后放置醒1个小时
  • 4.准备馅料,我的蛋黄是放四分之一的,馅一共是30克,皮是20克
  • 5.蛋黄抱进豆沙滚圆
  • 6.饼皮20克,馅料30克
  • 7.摊开饼皮
  • 8.放入馅料,用虎口和大拇指向上推饼皮
  • 9.一点一点向上推
  • 10.包好后放入烤盘,饼胚上面傻点面粉
  • 11.用模具压好月饼
  • 12.用模具压好月饼
  • 13.全部做好后,烤箱预热200度,入烤箱前子啊月饼胚上面刷层水
  • 14.200烤制10分钟后取出,稍微晾凉后刷层蛋液,再次160度烤制20分钟至月饼上色
  • 15.烤制完成,晾凉后常温密封至回油!我 这个是2天回油,这个具体看情况而定,有点1天,有的1个星期,回油后冰箱冷藏保存,注意:馅料有加蛋黄的保存时间短一些,一般3-4天就要吃完,纯豆沙的可以放1个星期都可以!
