周末还半天班,早起就把乌鸡放到电饭锅里煲上,中午回到家,煲了4个小时的鸡汤真是又鲜美又营养。乌鸡营养丰富,并含有激素和紫色素,对人体白血球和血色素有增强的作用。

Steps to make 乌鸡汤

  • 1.乌鸡拿出解冻
  • 2.去掉包装
  • 3.切成块,洗净
  • 4.虫草花和人参备好
  • 5.锅内水烧热,焯鸡块
  • 6.焯完后,用水冲洗鸡块,把鸡块放入电饭煲中,添水,放入葱姜、八角、香叶、料酒、虫草花、人参这几样调料,选择汤粥键,调时间为4个小时,还剩下半个小时的时候,再加盐,继续盖上盖子煲汤
  • 7.4个小时之后,有营养的煲乌鸡汤好了
