香酥小麻花

  • 1.食材放到盆中。
  • 2.放入黑芝麻,用筷子搅拌成絮状。
  • 3.用手揉成软硬适中的面团,盖保鲜膜饧发半个小时。
  • 4.擀成大薄片。
  • 5.切细条。
  • 6.取一条,两头分别向相反方向搓成细长条。
  • 7.对折,拧成麻花。
  • 8.再搓,再对折拧成短麻花,两头一端穿过第一次对折的小圈捏紧,这样炸的时候就不会散了。
  • 9.麻花要先全部做好。
  • 10.锅中放油烧五成热,放入麻花中小火炸。
  • 11.炸至金黄即可捞出。
  • 12.放凉后吃起来就很酥香。
