水信玄饼
信玄饼是日本的一种传统小吃,是用糯米粉做成软年糕后沾上黄豆粉吃的。一家日本点心店用琼脂代替糯米粉,制作出了像水晶球一样透明的“水信玄饼”,开卖以来,人气爆棚。水信玄饼只有6~9月有售,它是由来自日本赤石山脉的水所制成,有着天然甜味,且必须在短时间内吃完,因为超过时间将会融化。

Steps to make 水信玄饼

  • 1.拿个碗,放几颗盐渍樱花在里面。
  • 2.把温开水倒进碗里浸泡樱花,过程中换3-5次水。
  • 3.把白凉粉倒进煮锅里。
  • 4.接着把糖也倒进煮锅里。
  • 5.往煮锅里倒入白开水,并且打开火。
  • 6.把锅里的水煮沸,并一边煮一边搅拌至糖完全融化。
  • 7.接着把白凉粉水倒进有流口的杯里静置3分钟。
  • 8.把洗干净并晾干的模具放置水平桌处,倒进白凉粉水至9成的位置。
  • 9.把樱花放进模具里,用筷子把花稍微弄开,一个球里放1-2颗。
  • 10.盖上盖子,要把上下盖合紧,不然中间会有条缝,并把每个球都灌满,盖盖子的时候要把白凉粉水小火加热着,以防凝固。
  • 11.灌满后室温放置1个钟,也可以放冰箱冷藏,吃起来更爽口。
  • 12.到时间了开盖,不能放置过长时间。
  • 13.把黄豆粉和红糖浆倒小碗里,吃的时候可以蘸着吃,也可以把两者都淋到玄饼上面吃,味道也是一级棒。
