自己做的孜然羊肉比外面的烧烤卫生多了,味道却一点也不逊色呢。

  • 熟白芝麻20克
  • 香菜50克
  • 孜然粉15克
  • 辣椒粉15克
  • 孜然粒10克
  • 花椒粉5克
  • 生抽1汤匙
  • 3克

  • 1.准备所需要的食材。
  • 2.羊肉洗净,切成粗丝或者条。
  • 3.放入生抽和淀粉拌匀。
  • 4.放入孜然粒。
  • 5.拌匀后,腌制30分钟。最好是洗净手,用手抓匀。
  • 6.香菜洗净,控干水分。
  • 7.锅里倒油,烧热后放入羊肉翻炒。
  • 8.羊肉刚刚变色的样子,继续翻炒。
  • 9.翻炒至羊肉的表面变的微微发焦,放入盐炒匀。
  • 10.放入孜然粉、辣椒粉和花椒粉翻炒。
  • 11.翻入熟芝麻,翻炒均匀。
  • 12.炒好的羊肉盛入铺了香菜的盘子里。
