#少油版地三鲜#
地三鲜是一道东北菜,由土豆*,茄子*,和青椒为主料的烧菜。其最大特点是油多!需用油将茄子和土豆炸至金黄后再烧。网上曾流传某某医院营养科医生下馆子点菜,从营养健康考虑,这道菜是决不点之列的。馆子里的菜,是改变不了的,但在家,我是可以将它变成少油健康的地三鲜。既能吃的营养丰富、健康,又不失地三鲜原有的味道。

  • 蚝油1勺
  • 清水少许

Steps to make #少油版地三鲜#

  • 1.将三种主材洗净,土豆去皮,青椒去籽,茄子去柄。
  • 2.将土豆和茄子切滚刀块,分别装入两个可以入微波炉加热的容器中。
  • 3.将两样菜入微波炉加热4分钟。
  • 4.炒锅烧热放少许油(平时炒菜的量);
  • 5.将微波加热好的土豆块下入炒锅中煎至金黄
  • 6.将金黄的土豆出锅待用,再将茄子块放入炒锅中中火煎至金黄。
  • 7.将金黄的茄子出锅,将姜片、葱花、蒜片1/2放入锅中炒出香味;
  • 8.将土豆、茄子、青椒块一并放入锅中翻炒;
  • 9.除蚝油和剩下的蒜片、香油外,加入其他调料,并加入少许清水小火烧制,出锅前加入蚝油和蒜片,再翻炒均匀即可关火。
  • 10.关火后淋适量香油拌匀盛盘上桌。
