芝麻薏米南瓜饼

Steps to make 芝麻薏米南瓜饼

  • 1.薏米提前用冷水泡好。
  • 2.洗净,放入锅中,隔水蒸熟。
  • 3.南瓜去皮,洗净、切薄片。
  • 4.用保鲜袋装好,入微波炉高叮3分钟;取出用擀面棍压成泥。
  • 5.南瓜泥放入碗中。
  • 6.加入糯米粉、薏米和匀。
  • 7.今天的南瓜水分好大,又加了3茶匙面粉,和成稍软点的面团。
  • 8.取面团,搓成小球状,放入盘中,滚上白芝麻。
  • 9.压平,成饼状。
  • 10.锅中放油烧热,用小火将南瓜饼两面煎一下(南瓜、薏米都是熟的,稍煎一会就可以了)。
