    Steps to make 蔓越莓芋泥杏仁球

    • 1.芋头去皮后切成大块,放入高压锅中蒸熟;
    • 2. 将蒸熟的芋头碾压成泥;
    • 3. 烧热锅,放适量的油,倒入芋泥和白糖一起翻炒;
    • 4. 炒到糖完全融化, 芋泥含少量水分, 变得光滑后盛出备用;
    • 5. 蔓越莓提前半个小时用朗姆酒泡上,泡好后的蔓越莓滤去水分, 加入糖桂花搅拌均匀;
    • 6.再在芋泥中按2:1的比例加入糯米粉,混合均匀;
    • 7. 再将一小块芋泥团搓成球后按平;在中间包入准备好的蔓越莓馅料;
    • 8.这样将所有的蔓越莓球准备好,放入空气炸锅筐底部, 180度15分钟;
    • 9. 将杏仁片平铺在烤盘上,放入预热好180度的烤箱中烘烤3-5分钟, 直至杏仁片变为金黄色;
    • 10. 这时空气炸锅中的芋泥球也烤好了;
    • 11.将烤好的芋泥球先放入色拉酱中滚一下, 再放入刚烤好的杏仁片中滚动,让杏仁片均匀的粘附在芋泥球的表面;
    • 12. 这样美味的小甜点--蔓越莓芋泥球就完成了。
